Returns and Refunds Policy
Commercial return period
Just About James offers a return period of 30 calendar days from the date the item is received.
This commercial extension does not limit the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to online purchases.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, with its accessories, labels and, whenever reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
The order number, receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate it clearly by email to:
The direct cost of returning the product following withdrawal will be borne by the customer.
The consumer will be responsible for any reduction in value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return shipping costs for change of mind or withdrawal
For returns due to withdrawal, change of mind or any reason not attributable to Just About James, the customer will bear the direct cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Just About James is not responsible for packages lost during a return arranged directly by the customer.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If the product received has a manufacturing defect, has been damaged during transport or does not match the item or variant purchased, contact us as soon as possible at:

Photographs of the product and the defect, damage or error.
Photographs of the packaging, where relevant.
A video, when useful to verify the issue.
Receipt or proof of purchase.
A detailed description of the problem.
After an initial assessment, we will inform you of the applicable procedure.
Just About James may provide a prepaid return label through its usual logistics providers.
If the customer arranges the return shipment directly and the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, transport damage or an error attributable to Just About James, we will reimburse only the reasonable cost of a standard tracked shipping service.
Urgent, premium or insured shipping services, or additional coverage purchased without prior authorisation from Just About James, will not be reimbursed.
The customer must retain the shipping receipt and provide the invoice or proof of the transport cost when requesting reimbursement.
Once the issue has been verified, we will proceed, as appropriate, with:
Repair of the product.
Replacement of the product.
Shipment of the correct item or variant.
The corresponding refund.
Where a technical inspection related to the product warranty is required, the procedure set out on the Just About James Warranty page will apply.
Discounted products
Products purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a discount retain the same statutory rights of withdrawal, return, warranty and conformity as products sold at full price.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted in cases legally excluded from the right of withdrawal, including, where applicable:
Personalised products or products made to the customer’s specifications.
Products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, have been unsealed and cannot legally be returned.
Gift cards once used.
Other products expressly excluded under applicable law.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend first requesting the return of the original product and, once accepted, placing a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you whether it has been accepted or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically using the original payment method.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
Just About James may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the customer provides sufficient proof of return.
