These terms govern access to, navigation of and purchases made through Just About James.

By using this store or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and to the privacy, shipping, returns and warranty policies published on the website.

2. Products

Just About James sells new watches, accessories and other selected items.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, materials and features as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes or product updates.

Images are for illustrative purposes and do not replace the technical description provided on the product page.

3. Availability

Products may be shown as:

Products in stock.
ON DEMAND - Free Shipping products.

Availability is confirmed during order processing.

If a product cannot be supplied due to lack of availability, a variant error or any other issue that prevents the order from being completed correctly, Just About James will contact the customer to offer:

An equivalent alternative.
A variant change, when possible.
A full refund of the amount paid.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase.

The order will be considered received once the customer has completed payment and received the corresponding confirmation.

Just About James may cancel an order in the event of:

Lack of availability.
A clear pricing or description error.
Reasonable suspicion of fraud.
Impossibility of delivery.
Breach of these terms.

If Just About James cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer.

5. ON DEMAND orders

ON DEMAND orders have an initial 24-hour confirmation period from the time the order is placed.

During this period, the customer may request:

Correction of the delivery address.
Amendment of order details.
A change of variant, when available.
Cancellation of the order.

Once this period has ended and the sourcing or logistics process has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to costs already incurred, without prejudice to any statutory cancellation rights available to the consumer.

The estimated delivery time for ON DEMAND orders is 5 to 8 business days from the end of the 24-hour confirmation period.

6. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

Prices and promotions may vary between the online store, the physical store and other sales channels.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout.

The customer declares that they are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate.

Just About James does not directly store full bank card details.

8. Shipping

Delivery times, rates, delivery areas and applicable conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address, checking tracking information and cooperating with the carrier.

If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, any additional or non-recoverable costs may be charged to the customer.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear statement to:

The product must be returned without improper use, with its accessories and, whenever reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

The direct cost of returning the product following withdrawal will be borne by the customer.

Just About James may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the customer provides sufficient proof of return.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Warranty

All new watches sold by Just About James are covered by the applicable legal warranty.

The conditions, coverage, exclusions and inspection procedure are set out on the Just About James Warranty page.

The warranty does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.

12. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos, designs, photographs and other content of the store are owned by Just About James or used with the permission of their respective owners.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior authorisation.

13. Prohibited use

The store may not be used for:

Fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Introducing malicious code.
Impersonating another person.
Extracting data without authorisation.
Interfering with the operation of the website.
Infringing intellectual property rights.

14. Liability

Just About James will not be liable for temporary service interruptions, external failures, delays caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights recognised by applicable law.
