At Just About James, we work to make every order clear, secure and easy to track whenever tracking information is available.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Products in stock are prepared from our store, office, workshop and warehouse in Lliçà d'Amunt, Barcelona.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Products in stock
Products marked as available in stock have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.
In some cases, a 24-hour express shipping option may be available. This option will depend on the destination, logistics availability and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Free on orders of €99.99 or more.
Estimated delivery in 1 to 2 business days, depending on the destination.
Standard home delivery: €4.99
Free on orders of €39.90 or more.

European Union shipping
International standard shipping: €9.99

ON DEMAND - Free Shipping
Some items are part of our ON DEMAND - Free Shipping selection. This option allows you to access selected pieces with special conditions and free shipping, in exchange for a longer waiting time than products available in immediate stock.
The estimated delivery time for ON DEMAND orders is 5 to 8 business days from order confirmation.
Once the order progresses through the process, you will receive the corresponding information about preparation and tracking whenever available.
Guaranteed availability or refund
If an ON DEMAND product cannot be supplied due to lack of availability, variant error or any issue that prevents the order from being completed correctly, we will contact you to offer either an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.
ON DEMAND commitment
If an ON DEMAND order exceeds the estimated 5 to 8 business day delivery period without a clear update from us, you will receive a compensation coupon with a 10% discount for your next purchase at Just About James.
Shipment tracking
When a tracking number is available, you will receive the information needed to check the status of your package.
The delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, logistics incidents, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond the control of Just About James.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated absence or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to assess the best possible solution.
Any costs arising from a new shipment may be charged to the customer when the issue is not attributable to Just About James.
